Whether you’ve been officially diagnosed with a form of ADHD or not, attention and focus lie on a spectrum of difference for all of us - one that may change with time, place, task, and circumstance. (It probably also doesn’t help so many of us carry attention-zapping devices, by design, around in our pockets).
