Assistive Technology – Individuals with vision, hearing, cognitive, and mobility impairments can request adaptive technology and accessibility help. The Assistive Technology & Accessibility Centers can help. You can also contact your Disability Service Office to find out more.
Canvas – Visit Canvas often for class syllabi, announcements, assignments, and additional course materials. Check out some helpful Canvas training and resources for students to find out how to navigate Canvas, change your notification settings, and much more.
Zoom – Any live communications for remote courses, such as office hours and class meetings, will happen in Zoom. Information about how to join a zoom meeting can be found on in the IU Knowledge Base.
NameCoach – Record your name in NameCoach to help your instructors and peers pronounce it. You can add the recording to your Canvas profile, email signature, LinkedIn, and social media accounts.
IUanyWare and IUware – Find great titles for no cost like Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office. Use IUanyWare to stream or IUware to download. New! IUanyWare now offers remote access to STC desktop computers. This remote access allows you access to even more IU-licensed software.

IU Mobile – Download the IU Mobile app for campus information,computing support, student tools in One.IU, and more.
Kaltura – a cloud-based video management system that can be used for storing, publishing, and streaming videos, video collections, and other types of media. Find out more about Kaltura in the Knowledge Base.
Options for storing files at IU – At IU, you have two options to store all your important stuff: Microsoft OneDrive at IU and Google at IU My Drive. You can access both services through your web browser (OneDrive and My Drive) or on your personal computer or mobile device using the OneDrive or Google File Stream applications.If you're in a STC computer lab or using IUanyWare, IU Cloud Storage allows you to link your cloud storage accounts to easily access them on any STC computer and via IUanyWare.

Writing Tutorial Services: Writing Tutorial Services (WTS) offers students one-on-one help with any phase of the writing process—from brainstorming to revising the final draft. Learn more and schedule your online tutoring session on the WTS website.
IUB Library services: The IUB Library system can provide more than just access to books. Access to databases and journals, study and computer spaces, librarian expertise, and much more are available to help you succeed as a student.
Math Learning Center: Get help in person from the Math Learning Center! This service starts on Monday of the second week of classes and ends on Friday of the last week of classes.
Student Central: From questions about adding/dropping classes to financial aid, you can go to Student Central for information on almost any question a student might have.
Evening tutoring: The Academic Support Center provides small group help for introductory math courses and individual writing tutorials during the evening (Sunday-Thursday from 7-11 pm) in three residence hall locations across campus and online via Zoom.
University Division: Peer coaches, a student FAQ, GPA calculators, advising, and much more are available at the University Division so you can prepare for your future and do well in school.

CAPS virtual Drop-in workshops: These virtual workshops through CAPS will teach you strategies to improve symptoms of stress, depression, and anxiety, and to better manage problems that affect your academic success.
Student Advocates Office: If you’re facing an issue that is affecting your ability to succeed at IU, you can get help from a Student Advocate. No matter what your situation is, Student Advocates are here to listen nonjudgmentally, provide unconditional support, and help you resolve problems so you can successfully complete your degree.
WellTrack App: WellTrack is a free app that is available to all Indiana University Bloomington students. It is designed to help you understand your mental health and to provide you with the help that you need right now.
Psychological health and stress reduction: Through IUB Student Health Center, find psychoeducation on different topics.
Peer Health and Wellness Educators (PHWE): This is a group of IU students trained to provide informal, accepting, non-judgmental support to their peers.

Homelessness Resources Map: Information for anyone in Bloomington who is struggling with housing, financial issues, and food insecurity. Students can locate local food banks, crisis support, and more all in a convenient map form that's printable.
Monroe County and Bloomington, Indiana resources: This county resources page provides extensive resources in Monreo County for help with things like housing, transportation, food, clothing, employment, disability services, and addiction recovery for anyone in Bloomington and surrounding areas.
HelpingBloomingtonMonroe: your go-to resource to connect with everything from food and housing to medical care. Find free or reduced-cost community resources near you.
Beacon: has six major programs which help people not only survive but thrive by providing temporary day or overnight shelter and access to food: Shalom Center, Phil’s Kitchen, Friends Place, Street Outreach, Rapid Re-housing, and Crawford Homes.
Crimson Cupboard food pantry: Crimson Cupboard offers free food to IUB students who cannot otherwise afford it.
Campus Kitchen at Indiana University recovers leftovers from events and distributes them to reduce student food insecurity
Free Matzah Ball Soup Delivery, if you're feeling under the weather
SNAP Food Assistance: see if you qualify, and if so you can apply online.
Community Kitchen of Monroe County: Community Kitchen provides free nutritious meals, nutrition education, referrals to other agencies, and a clean, comfortable social environment for patrons, staff and volunteers.
The Little Free Pantry: food, household, and hygiene items, six blocks from the Sample Gates.
Other food assistance:
Monroe County Indiana food banks and pantries: at least a couple of them are in downtown Bloomington, and others might be on a public bus route.
Monroe County Mutual Aid Facebook: a frequently updated list of resources that might otherwise fly under the radar (example: St. Vincent de Paul Bloomington periodically offers a car repair program).
Monroe County United Ministries: includes Basic Needs Assistance, help with groceries, and more.

COVID-19 symptoms: If you suspect you may have contracted the Coronavirus, or have COVID-19 symptoms, please enroll in an IU Health Virtual Visit, where you will receive a health assessment and be given instructions on receiving a COVID-19 test. You will also be instructed about self-quarantine or other measures to protect you and those around you.
Emergency student grant funding: Grant funding is available to assist students who are struggling financially due to unforeseen circumstances. Funding can be up to $300 per student and is based on individual needs. Students may find more information, including access to the funding application, by scrolling down to the bottom of the Care Management web page.

Financial guidance: Financial guidance is available via virtual appointments with the IU MoneySmarts team.
Food and personal care items:
Grenadier Grab N Go provides food and personal care items for students at IU Southeast at no cost. More information is available from the Personal Counseling website.
Dare to Care Food Bank offers a list of food resources in the New Albany/Louisville area.
New Albany Food Pantry connects people in need with food and other resources.
